Ahmed Salem, MD, PhD

Dr. Salem earned his medical degree and  finished his residency in 2004. He then  completed several fellowship programs: Advanced Reconstructive spinal surgery at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland, and Adult Scoliosis and Trauma fellowships at the Oregon Health and Science University, Portland, Oregon. AO trauma fellowship in Switzerland and 2years research fellowship at Johns Hopkins.

He is Board certified by ABSS American Board of Spinal surgery  and member of the AANOS American Academy of Neurological and Orthopedic Surgeons .

Joseph Yazdi, MD

Dr. Joseph Yazdi is a board-certified neurosurgeon who has been in private practice since 2001. He graduated from Hahnemann University Medical School (now known as Drexel University Medical School) and completed five years of Neurosurgical residency at Hahnemann University Hospital. He completed the last two years of his residency at UMDNJ (now known as Rutgers University Medical School).He has been performing minimally invasive spinal surgeries since 2004. He also specializes in pain management performing injections not only in the spine but also in various joints in the body such as shoulders, hips, and knees.

Tony Chien, DO

Dr. Chien is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.  He graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Internship and Residency at the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan.  He received his undergraduate education at University of California at Los Angeles, California.
Dr. Chien treats a wide variety of orthopedic problems, including arthritis, trauma, sports injuries, hand and foot problem, fractures and occupational injuries.  He performs arthroscopic repair as well as total joint replacement for the finger, toe, elbow, shoulder, hip and knee.  He is dedicated to the treatment of lower back pain and provides a wide variety of spine procedures for all of his patients, both noninvasive and invasive. His specialties include herniated disc, osteoporosis, spinal stenosis, fractures and degenerative conditions of the lumbar and thoracic spine.
